Palm Avenue Elementary School

Palm Avenue's Fourth Grade staff includes Mrs. Churchwell, Mrs. Chapman, Mrs. Campbell, and Mrs. Mettler.

Students will have many big adjustments to make when they become 4th graders such as, new procedures, larger class sizes, and new learning objectives. Some of the major learning objectives in fourth grade are:

1. Multiplication and division
2. Rocks and minerals, electricity, and living things
3. California history
4. Various new reading strategies

4th graders will also get the opportunity to participate in activities that teach them about Californian Indians.
