Community Schools (CCSPP)

The California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) Grant is a state-funded initiative designed to support the transformation of schools into community hubs that provide students, families, and communities with coordinated academic, social, and health services. This grant aims to close opportunity gaps and improve student outcomes by promoting equity, collaboration, and community engagement.

The California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) is a statewide initiative designed to support schools in becoming vibrant centers of community life. Through this program, schools work in close collaboration with students, families, educators, and local organizations to address the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student.

At its core, a community school provides integrated support services, expanded learning opportunities, family engagement, and collaborative leadership to create safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environments. The goal is to remove barriers to learning by bringing together resources that support the whole child—both inside and outside the classroom.

Our school is proud to be a part of the CCSPP, and we are committed to building strong partnerships that empower our students, uplift our families, and strengthen our community.
